You can submit your space through the “List Your Venue” page. Our team will guide you through the setup and help ensure your listing is complete and appealing. Before going live, we review your profile to make sure key details are included and offer suggestions to make it more attractive to teachers. Once approved, your venue will appear on SpaceMe and be ready to receive inquiries

Include photos, capacity, amenities, accommodation details, pricing overview, food options, and any retreat-specific spaces such as a yoga shala, deck, or practice room. The more complete your profile, the easier it is for teachers to understand if your venue is the right fit.

As a listed venue, you gain increased visibility, access to a targeted global audience, and support in optimising your listing. You also benefit from our marketing efforts and community reach, helping you attract more aligned clients and build long-term partnerships.

SpaceMe welcomes venues that offer suitable spaces for retreats, teacher trainings, or movement-based events. At minimum, a venue should provide:

• A dedicated practice area such as a yoga studio, shala, deck, or an indoor/outdoor space with enough room for a group practice
• Accommodation options 
• Essential amenities to comfortably host guests

If your venue meets these criteria and supports a retreat environment, you can submit it for listing on SpaceMe and connect with a broader community of organisers.
